The patient sheet

Use a patient sheet to record information about a patient's clinical care. If necessary, a patient can have many patient sheets.

The top of the patient sheet

The image and the table that follow show the functions of the top of the patient sheet:

1The Back button. Select the Back button to show the patient whiteboard or the workflow whiteboard.
2The patient sheet control. Use the patient sheet control to show the settings of the patient sheet. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to show other patient sheets.
3The date control. Use the date control to see the patient sheets of other days.
4The emergency drugs button. You can use the emergency drugs button to quickly and easily calculate the dosage of emergency drugs. An emergency drug is a drug that you give to a patient for emergency care.
5The menu button. Select the menu button to see the menu pane. Use the menu pane to see other screens.
6The Add treatment button. Use the Add treatment button to add products to the patient sheet.
7The timeline. Use the timeline to change the interval that Vet Radar uses to divide the patient sheet.

The middle of the patient sheet

1A treatment line.
2Completed treatment tasks. When a person completes a scheduled treatment task, the patient sheet shows a green box with a check mark icon.
3A scheduled treatment task.
4A treatment task that a person did not complete. If you did not complete a treatment task, Vet Radar shows a red color adjacent to the sheet group.
5The blue line shows the time.
6A fluid treatment. The blue circle shows the start of the fluid treatment.
7A sheet group. A patient sheet uses sheet groups to put related treatments together. For example, the patient sheet shows all of the treatments that are related to nursing care in one sheet group.
8A treatment that a person stopped. After you stop a treatment, you cannot:
  • Add treatment tasks to the treatment
  • Change the information and settings of the completed treatment tasks
  • Remove treatment tasks from the treatment
9A scheduled treatment task.

3The patient information area. Use the patient information area to quickly and easily show important patient information.
4The Hide workflow button. Select the Hide workflow button to hide the workflow area.
5The workflow area. The workflow area shows the workflow tasks in a sequence. You can select the circle in a workflow task to show that you completed it.
