Make a clinical case team

Practice managers make the clinical case teams that are available for staff and students to use. When a practice manager makes a clinical case team, they can add persons to it.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has the user accounts of the persons that you want to add to the clinical case team.
To make a clinical case team and add persons to it, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Teams.

    ezyVet shows the New Team screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the clinical case team.

  5. Select Save.

  6. Adjacent to Team Members, select the plus button.

  7. In the Member box, select the user account of the applicable person.

  8. In the Role box, select the ezyVet role to give to the person.

  9. Select Add.

  10. If necessary, do steps 6 thru 9 to add more persons.
