This table gives each permission and its function:

If a person does not have the necessary user account permissions to add a team to a clinical record, they can use the Request Assignment button. ezyVet shows the Request Assignment button in a clinical record. If a person selects the button, ezyVet makes an approval task. After an applicable staff member approves the approval task, ezyVet adds the person to the clinical record team.
