ezyVet shows Street address needs to be defined when you try to save a client contact record

An Address(Physical): Street address needs to be defined error

A practice manager configured mandatory address information

If a practice manager configured mandatory information for street addresses, you cannot save a contact record unless you enter the information.

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Record Properties.

  4. Select Properties: Address.

    ezyVet shows the properties of address information.
  5. Clear the Street Address Line 1 and Street Address Line 2 checkboxes of the Required column.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
