Standard operating procedures and the Help primary tab
Standard operating procedures show in the Help primary tab. A standard operating procedure has almost the same function as the product documentation that also shows in the Help tab. But a standard operating procedure is not the same as the product documentation. The product documentation shows in the ezyVet sites of all customers. And you cannot change the content of product documentation.
Tip: You can put record links of product documentation in the content of standard operating procedures. As a result, your standard operating procedures can have links to applicable product documentation that staff can easily select and read.
