Maximum file sizes of attachments and emails
To prevent problems when you use email and file attachments, it is important to know the maximum file sizes that ezyVet can use.
The maximum size of an email that you send from ezyVet is 10 MB. The maximum size includes the email's file attachments. The total maximum of the file attachments of an email is 7 MB.
ezyVet has a maximum file size of 200 MB for:
- Each attachment of a memo
- Each attachment of an ezyVet record (for example, a patient record or contact record)
