Maximum file sizes of attachments and emails
To prevent problems when you use email and file attachments, it is important to know the maximum file sizes that ezyVet can use.
The maximum file size of each email attachment that you can send from ezyVet is 7 MB.
Note: The total size of each email that you can send from ezyVet is 10 MB. The total size includes the email attachments.
ezyVet has a maximum file size of 200 MB for:
- Each attachment of a memo
- Each attachment of an ezyVet record (for example, a patient record or contact record)
