About ezyPrint for Apple macOS
ezyPrint is compatible with Apple macOS devices. But ezyPrint installation and access is different compared to Microsoft Windows.
The ezyPrint installer for macOS is not available in ezyVet but IDEXX customer support can configure it for your organization. For more information, speak to IDEXX customer support.
Note: ezyPrint for macOS is
usually only necessary if your organization has no Windows devices. If your organization does have Windows
devices, you can install ezyPrint on a Windows device. Then, you can select ezyPrint printers when signed in to ezyVet on a macOS
device.
Note: You cannot use the macOS
installation of ezyPrint to do label printing. If you try
use the macOS installation for label printing, the labels
will show an incorrect orientation and other problems. If you want to print labels with
ezyPrint and macOS, connect
to a Windows device that has ezyPrint installed and a printer connected.
