The calendar shortcut menu

To quickly and easily get access to many commands and functions directly from a calendar appointment, use the calendar shortcut menu. To show the shortcut menu, right-click a calendar appointment.

These are examples of tasks that you can do directly with the shortcut menu:

Make changes to appointment information (for example, the appointment date and time)
Change the appointment status
Open the appointment's patient record or client contact record
Open the appointment's clinical record
Send SMS messages and send email to the appointment's client
Print documents (for example, consent forms and labels)
Receive payment from the appointment's client
Do client callbacks

Note: The commands that the shortcut menu shows are related to:

ezyVet configuration that a practice manager did
The integrations that a practice manager configured

For example, the shortcut menu only shows Send to Vet Radar if your organization uses Vet Radar with ezyVet. And the shortcut menu only shows document templates and label templates if a practice manager selected For Context Menu in the template configuration.
