Export and send a CSV file of a completed inventory count

After you complete an inventory count with ezyVet Scan, you can export the inventory count as CSV format and sent it to a person. The person who receives the CSV file can use it to reconcile inventory information. And they can use it to do an inventory adjustment with ezyVet.

Make sure that you completed the inventory count.
To do the export, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure uses an email message as an example method to send information. The available methods are applicable to the device that you use with ezyVet Scan.
  1. Select the menu button.
    The menu button
    ezyVet Scan shows the ezyVet Scan pane.
  2. Select Inventory Count.
    The Inventory Count button
    ezyVet Scan shows the Inventory Count screen.
  3. Select Submitted.
    The Submitted tab
    ezyVet Scan shows completed inventory counts.
  4. Find and select the applicable inventory count.
    ezyVet Scan shows a Count Details screen that has information about the inventory count.
  5. Select the CSV button.

    Your device shows methods that are available for you to send messages and files.
  6. Select Mail.
    The Mail button
    Your device adds the CSV file as a file attachment for the email.
  7. Enter the necessary information for the email.
  8. Select the send button.
    The Subject box
Your device sends a CSV file of the completed inventory count.
