Access to inventory count information

The Inventory Count screen in ezyVet Scan shows all of your in-progress and completed inventory counts. To show the Inventory Count screen, select the menu button, then select Inventory Count.

The Inventory Count screen has two sections:
  • Pending
  • Submitted

The Pending section

The Pending section of the Inventory Count screen shows in-progress inventory counts. You can select an in-progress inventory count and complete it or remove it.

The Pending section shows a New Count button. If you select New Count, ezyVet Scan, starts an inventory count. Until you complete the inventory count, the Pending section of the Inventory Count screen shows the inventory count.

The Submitted section

The Submitted section of the Inventory Count screen shows completed inventory counts. ezyVet Scan syncs completed inventory counts to ezyVet.

The image and the table that follow show each area of the Submitted section:

1The date and time that you did the inventory count.
2The department of the inventory count.
3The inventory location of the inventory count.
4The status of the inventory count record in ezyVet.
Note: If an inventory count shows Unapproved, the related inventory count record in ezyVet is not approved. After you or a person with the necessary user account permissions approves the record in ezyVet, the inventory count in ezyVet Scan shows Approved.
5The number of product records that you added to the inventory count.
Note: ezyVet Scan shows the number of product records that you added to the inventory count. But ezyVet Scan does not show the number of products that you added. For example, if you add 10 bandages and 20 e-collars, the inventory count only shows 2.
