Continue an in-progress inventory count

If you started an inventory count and did not complete it, the inventory count is in progress. If necessary, you can add products to an in-progress inventory count. Then, you can complete it.

To continue an in-progress inventory count, do this procedure.
Note: If you want to do a new inventory transfer, refer to the applicable documentation.
  1. Select the menu button.

  2. Select Inventory Count.

  3. Select Pending.

  4. Find and select the applicable inventory count.
    ezyVet Scan shows an inventory input screen that has a view from your device camera.
  5. Point your device camera at the barcode of each applicable product and scan it.
    Note: When you scan a barcode, ezyVet Scan adds one increment of the product. To add one more of the same product, scan its barcode again. As an alternative, select the plus button that is adjacent to the product.
    ezyVet Scan adds the product to the inventory count.
    Trouble: If ezyVet Scan shows a Scanned Barcode did not match a product error message, select the search button and try to find the product.

  6. Make sure that the inventory count has the correct products, then select Submit.

  7. Select Yes.
    ezyVet Scan shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet Scan syncs the inventory count to ezyVet.
