Add general information to an in-progress inventory count

You can add general information to an in-progress inventory count. The information could tell other staff important information about the inventory count (for example, why it is necessary).

Make sure that you did not complete the inventory count. If you completed the inventory count, you cannot add information to it.

To add information, do this procedure.

Note: Information that you add with this procedure does not sync to ezyVet. The information is only available in the inventory count record in ezyVet Scan.

Select the menu button.
ezyVet Scan shows the ezyVet Scan pane.
Select Inventory Count.
ezyVet Scan shows the Inventory Count screen.
Select Pending.
ezyVet Scan shows in-progress inventory counts.
Find and select the applicable inventory count.
ezyVet Scan shows an inventory input screen.
Select the notes button.
ezyVet Scan shows the Notes screen.
In the Enter Notes box, enter the applicable information.
Select the back button.
