Sync a clinical record to SmartFlow (appointment status method)

Before you can use SmartFlow to record the clinical care information of a patient, you must sync the patient's clinical record from ezyVet to SmartFlow. To quickly and easily sync a clinical record, you can change the appointment status of the patient's appointment.

  • Make sure that a practice manager configured the SmartFlow integration

  • Make sure that a practice manager configured ezyVet to automatically sync clinical records to SmartFlow

  • Make sure that you made an appointment for the applicable patient

To sync a clinical record, do this procedure.

  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Calendar.
    The Calendar tab
    ezyVet shows the calendar.
  3. Find the applicable appointment in the calendar.
  4. Open a shortcut menu for the appointment, then select Status.

    ezyVet shows available appointment statuses.
  5. Select the applicable appointment status.
    The calendar appointment shows the icon of the appointment status.

The appointment record has the applicable status. And ezyVet syncs the clinical record to SmartFlow.
