Remove a SmartFlow temporary patient record

If necessary, you can remove a SmartFlow temporary patient record from an ezyVet site. For example, if you accidentally made a temporary patient record, you can remove it.

To remove a temporary patient record, do this procedure.
Note: If necessary, you can continue to use the temporary patient record in SmartFlow after you remove the temporary patient record from ezyVet. If you use the temporary patient record in SmartFlow after you remove it in ezyVet, SmartFlow automatically syncs the temporary patient record to ezyVet again.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Smart Flow.

  3. In the Unallocated Dispense Cabinet Patients section, select the Ignore button that is adjacent to the applicable temporary patient record.

ezyVet removes the temporary patient record.
