Disable a workflow template
If a practice manager does not want staff to use a workflow template, the practice manager can disable it. For example, if the practice manager did not complete the configuration of the template, they can disable it.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.

Select Workflow Templates.
Vet Radar shows the Workflow Templates screen.

Select the applicable workflow template.
Vet Radar shows the settings of the workflow template.

Disable the Active setting.
- Select Save Changes.
