About workflow templates
Practice managers can make a workflow template. A workflow template is a sequence of workflow tasks that staff can use to quickly and easily add to a patient's clinical record. A practice manager could make a workflow template for the most frequent workflow tasks in your organization (for example, a patient check-in or a patient that is in surgery).
If necessary, staff can add many workflow templates to a patient's clinical record.
The workflow tasks of a workflow template
A practice manager can add many workflow tasks to a workflow template. They can also configure the sequence that Vet Radar shows the workflow tasks in the patient sheet. If a workflow task is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it from the workflow template. If they remove the workflow task, Vet Radar does not add it to a patient sheet when a staff member selects the workflow template. If a practice manager removes it after a staff member adds the workflow template, Vet Radar does not remove the workflow task from the patient record.
Vet Radar does not sync workflow tasks to ezyVet.
Disabled workflow templates
- The workflow template is not completed
- The workflow template is incorrect
- The workflow template is not necessary
As an alternative, a practice manager can remove a workflow template. If they remove a workflow template Vet Radar permanently removes it.
