Change the approval role of a user account
Vet Radar user accounts have approval roles. The approval roles have different permissions. A practice manager can change the approval role of a Vet Radar user account. For example, if a veterinarian must give approval for changes that a student makes, you can change the approval role of the user account to Can approve.
Make sure that your user account has the
Admin permission role.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.

Select Manage Users.
Vet Radar shows the Manage Users screen.

Find and select the applicable user account.
Vet Radar shows the Edit User screen.

Select Approval Role.
Vet Radar shows the available approval roles:
- Select Save Changes.
