Staffed hours

A practice manager can configure an organization’s staffed hours. The staffed hours identify the period that staff do clinical work. After a practice manager configures the staffed hours, the treatment sheet pane shows a Limit to staffed hours only setting. If you enable the Limit to staffed hours only setting, Vet Radar only schedules treatment tasks during staffed hours.

Note: If a practice manager does not set your organization's staffed hours, Vet Radar does not show the Limit to staffed hours only setting.
To identify your organization’s staffed hours, the patient sheet shows a white color:
The white color of a patient sheet identifies your organization's staffed hours
To identify the period that your organization is closed, the patient sheet shows a blue color:
The blue color of a patient sheet identified the period that your organization is closed
