If the note has a special formatting character, the note can show very large
text. Examples of special formatting characters that can cause very large text
include:
A # character followed with a space at the start of a
line of text
More than one hyphen (-) below a line of text
More than one equal sign (=) below a line of text
Find the applicable note in the clinical record.
Double-click the applicable text.

Find the text that has the special formatting character.
