ezyVet shows a Document needs a name error when you save a clinical record document
Do this troubleshooting if these conditions agree:
- You use a document template to make a document in a clinical record (for example, a consent form)
- You enter text in the Document Name box of the document
- After you select SAVE, ezyVet shows a This Document needs a
name error
The clinical record is locked
Unlock the clinical record. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
