You can use a patient record to print or save a PDF document of each clinical record.

1. Select Patients.
   
   ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the patient record.
3. Select Clinical Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the clinical records of the patient.
4. Select the PDF button of the applicable clinical record.
