You can use a patient record to print or save a PDF document of that has all clinical records of the patient. You can also control the sequence and information of clinical records that the document shows.

1. Select Patients.
   
   The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
3. In the left sidebar, select Complete History.
   
   ezyVet shows the Complete History tab.
4. In the left sidebar, select the type of clinical record information that the PDF document shows.
   
   This table gives each type of clinical record information:

   Type	Function
   Standard	If you select Standard, the PDF document shows a general summary of all clinical records.
   Split by consultations	If you select Split by consultations, the PDF document shows a summary of each clinical record on a new page.
   Split by date	If you select Split by date, the PDF documents uses a date sequence to show a summary of each clinical record.
