When a staff member adds a dental chart note, the New Image Map Note dialog box that they use shows many checkboxes in a set of sections. If necessary, a practice manager can change the sections and checkboxes that show in dental chart notes. For example, they can change the name and sequence of the sections and they can remove sections.

To configure sections and checkboxes, do this procedure.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Patients.
   
3. Select Image Maps.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured image map records of your site.
4. Select the Dental image map record:
   
   ezyVet shows the settings of the image map.
5. Double-click in the Default Item Checkbox Template box.
   
   ezyVet shows the configuration interface for the dental chart:
   
   
6. Use the interface to make the necessary changes.
   The image and table that follow give each area of the interface and its function:
   
   

   Area	Function
   1	Move the section to the right.
   2	Change the name of the section.
   3	Remove the section.
   4	Move the section to the left.
   5	Add a checkbox.
   6	Change the name of the checkbox.
   7	Remove the checkbox.
   8	Move the checkbox up.
   9	Move the checkbox down.

   Note: To add a section, select the green plus sign button that is adjacent to Sections:
