Configure sections and checkboxes of dental chart notes

When a staff member adds a dental chart note, the New Image Map Note dialog box that they use shows many checkboxes in a set of sections. If necessary, a practice manager can change the sections and checkboxes that show in dental chart notes. For example, they can change the name and sequence of the sections and they can remove sections.

To configure sections and checkboxes, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Patients.
    The Patients setting in the settings list
  3. Select Image Maps.

    ezyVet shows the configured image map records of your site.
  4. Select the Dental image map record:

    ezyVet shows the settings of the image map.
  5. Double-click in the Default Item Checkbox Template box.

  6. Use the interface to make the necessary changes.
    The image and table that follow give each area of the interface and its function:

    1Move the section to the right.
    2Change the name of the section.
    3Remove the section.
    4Move the section to the left.
    5Add a checkbox.
    6Change the name of the checkbox.
    7Remove the checkbox.
    8Move the checkbox up.
    9Move the checkbox down.
    Note: To add a section, select the green plus sign button that is adjacent to Sections:

  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
