If you want to print a dental chart and give it to a client, use a screenshot app and an applicable document template (for example, a discharge document template).

1. Select Create Document.
   
   ezyVet shows a Create Document dialog box.
2. In the Choose a template. box, select the applicable document template.
   
3. Select Edit.
   
   ezyVet shows the content of the document template in a new tab.
4. Drag the image file into the primary area of the document.
   
5. Select Save.
   
6. Select Convert To Attachment.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
   
   

ezyVet puts the document attachment in the Attachments section of the Attachment tab of the clinical record:

You can print the document attachment and give it to the client.
