Pilot features

Make sure that your ezyVet site has the necessary document templates.

To make a document in a clinical record, do this procedure.

Select Clinical.
The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
Find and select the applicable clinical record.
Select Create Document.
ezyVet shows a Create Document dialog box.
In the Choose a template. box, select the applicable document template.
Select Edit.
ezyVet shows the content of the document template in a new tab.
If necessary, make changes to the content (for example, word changes and formatting changes).
Select Save & Close.
ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
