Make a document in a clinical record
Make sure that your ezyVet site has the necessary document templates.
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Select Create Document.ezyVet shows a Create Document dialog box.
- In the Choose a template. box, select the applicable document template.
- Select Edit.ezyVet shows the content of the document template in a new tab.
- Select Save & Close.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
