About memos
A memo is an electronic message that you can send and receive directly in ezyVet. You can use memos to quickly and easily send information to other staff members who use your ezyVet site.
For example, a veterinary technician can use a memo to send information about a clinical record to the case owner. Because the memo is in ezyVet, it is not necessary to use a different system to get access to the information.
- The memo system has Inbox and Sent tabs
- Each memo has a subject and information about who sent the memo
- You can add file attachments to a memo (for example, patient photos or photos of a clinical problem)
- Memos can have statuses that include read, unread, and flagged
