You can use the Records dashboard tab to set the payment terms of many clients at the same time. Thus, it is not necessary to set the payment terms of each client each time.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to Contact.
   
4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
   
5. Set the filter to Contact Type.
   
6. Set the Contact Type filter to Customer.
   
7. In the All section, select the green plus button to add one more filter.
   
8. Set the filter to Payment Terms.
   
9. If necessary, select the applicable payment terms of the Payment Terms filter.
   

   Note: If you do this step, the search results will show only the records that have the selected payment terms.
10. Select Show Records.
    
    ezyVet shows the applicable records.
11. Select the applicable records.
12. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.
    
    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
13. In the Action list, select Change Payment Terms.
    
14. Select Action.
    
    ezyVet shows the Set Payment Terms dialog box.
15. Select the applicable payment terms.
    
16. Select Set Payment Terms On Contacts.
    
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
