Staff can send an email of a purchase order from ezyVet. When staff send the email, ezyVet automatically uses an email template. The email template has the content and formatting of the email. A practice manager can select the email template that ezyVet automatically uses for purchase orders.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Templates.
   
3. Select Email Templates.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured email templates of your site.
4. Find and select the applicable email template.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the template.
5. In the Template Group box, select Purchase Order.
   
6. Select Save.
