Configure client statements to show a remote payment link (emailed statements)

A practice manager can configure client statements that staff email from ezyVet to show a remote payment link. As a result, clients can easily make payment directly from client statements.

Note: Remote payments only operate with payment integrations. Thus, make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for the applicable payment integration (for example, Windcave or PayJunction).
To configure the emailed client statements, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Email Templates.

    ezyVet shows the configured email templates of your site.
  4. Select the applicable email template.
    ezyVet shows the template settings.
  5. In the HTML box, put the cursor at the location that you want statements to show a remote payment link.
    Note: As an alternative, you can select the text that you want to add a remote payment link to.
  6. Select the link button.

  7. Set Protocol to https://

  8. In the URL box, enter {RemotePaymentLink}
  9. Select OK.

    ezyVet closes the Link dialog box.
  10. Select Save.

The email template has the applicable template variable. As a result, statements that staff email to clients from ezyVet show a remote payment link.
