Make a copy of a treatment template

A practice manager can make a copy of a treatment template that they configured. For example, if an organization has many departments, a practice manager can make a copy of one treatment template for each department. As a result, it is not necessary for a practice manager to configure a treatment template for each department.

To make a copy of a treatment template, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.

Select Settings.
Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
Select Treatment Templates.
Vet Radar shows the Treatment Templates screen.
Find the applicable treatment template.
Select the horizontal ellipsis ( ⋯ ) button.
Select Duplicate.
Vet Radar makes a treatment template. And Vet Radar adds copy after the name of the treatment template:
Select the copy of the treatment template.
Vet Radar shows the treatment template screen.
If necessary, use the Name box to change the name of the treatment template.
Select the Department box.
Vet Radar shows the available business units and departments.
If you organization uses a business unit configuration, you must select the applicable business unit first.

Note: This step is only necessary if your organization uses a business unit configuration.
Select the applicable department.

Note: If necessary, you can select many departments. Or use Select all to select all of the departments of the business unit.
Make other changes as necessary.
Select Save Changes.
