Remove a treatment template
If a treatment template is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it. After they remove the treatment template, staff cannot add the treatment template to a patient sheet.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Treatment Templates.Vet Radar shows the Treatment Templates screen.
- Select the horizontal ellipsis ( ⋯ ) button.

Select Delete.
Vet Radar shows a warning pop-up window.
