Configure a clinical template to use a picklist
If a practice manager does the necessary configuration, staff can use a picklist when they enter information in a clinical record that uses an applicable clinical template.
- Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions
- Make sure that you know how to use the source text of a picklist
- Make sure that you prepare the necessary information for the picklist (for example, the question and answers)
Note: This procedure uses a configured clinical template as an example. You can also configure a new clinical template to use a picklist.
Note: This procedure does not use the picklist builder. It uses the picklist source text only.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Templates.
- Select Clinical Templates.ezyVet shows the configured clinical templates of your site.
- Select Save.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
