A practice manager did not configure the applicable species record to use a dental mapCopy

Configure the applicable speciesCopy

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Patients.
    The Patients setting in the settings list
  3. Select Species.
    The Species setting
    ezyVet shows the configured species records of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable species record.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the species record.
  5. In the Dental Map box, select the applicable dental chart.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show a Dental Map box, your ezyVet site does not have an enabled image maps module. Please speak with ezyVet customer support.
  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
