A practice manager did not configure the applicable species record to use a dental map

Configure the applicable species

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Patients.

  3. Select Species.

    ezyVet shows the configured species records of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable species record.

  5. In the Dental Map box, select the applicable dental chart.

  6. Select Save.
