Send a memo from an ezyVet record

A memo that you make and send from an ezyVet record usually has a link to the source record. This makes it easy for the staff member who receives the memo to open the record that is applicable to the memo.

Do this procedure to send a memo from an ezyVet record (for example, a patient record or clinical record).
Tip: As an alternative, you can send a general memo that does not have the link.
  1. Open the applicable record.
  2. Select New Memo.

  3. If it is necessary to identify the memo as very important, select Urgent.

  4. If your site has an applicable user group tag, select it in the User Group box.

  5. In the Recipients box, select the staff member that ezyVet will send the memo to.

  6. Enter a subject and the full information of the memo.

  7. If necessary, select Choose File to add a file attachment.

  8. Select Send.

ezyVet sends the memo to the applicable staff members. The memo has a link to a source record.
