Merge a patient record

If your ezyVet site has two patient records that have the same function, a practice manager can merge one with the other.

Make sure that the Owner box of the two patient records has the same client contact record.
To merge the patient records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the patient record that you want to keep.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the patient record.
  3. Select Merge.

  4. Use the box to select the patient record to merge with the patient record that you want to keep.

  5. Select Merge.

  6. Select OK.
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet merges the patient record. And ezyVet shows which patient record you merged in the Records Previously Merged into this Record section:
