Service fee quantities in client invoices
In a client invoice, a service fee always has only one occurrence for a related product. You cannot increase the number of service fees that are related to each product.
Callisto Vets has a sesame seed oil injection product. A practice manager configures a service fee for the seed oil injection product.
A staff member makes an invoice and adds the sesame seed oil injection product to the invoice. They set the Qty value of the product to 1.
If the staff member changes the Qty value of the product to 4, ezyVet does not change the quantity of the related service fee.
