The difference between product bundles and service fees
In invoices, ezyVet shows product bundles and products that have a service fee differently. It is important to know the difference.
A product bundle
In an invoice, ezyVet shows a product bundle as a line item group. The group has all of these properties:
- It can have more than two line items
- It shows N/A in all of these columns:
- Staff Member
- Department
- Location
- Batch
- Tax Rate
- Price($)
- Discount
- The first line item of the line item group can have a different name and a different description to the line item group
A products that has a service fee
A line item group is a product with a service fee if it has all of these properties:
- The line item group has a maximum of two line items only
- The first line item of the line item group has the same name and description as the line item group
- The two line items of the line item group show inherited in these columns:
- Staff Member
- Department
- Location
