If your ezyVet site has two clinical records that have the same function, a practice manager can merge one with the other.

1. Select Clinical.
   
   The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
2. Find and select the clinical record that you want to keep.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the clinical record.
3. Select Merge.
   
4. Use the box to select the clinical record to merge with the clinical record that you want to keep.
   
5. Select Merge.
   
   ezyVet shows a warning message:
   
   
6. Select OK.
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
   
   

ezyVet merges the clinical record. And ezyVet shows which clinical record you merged in the Records Previously Merged into this Record section:
