Start or stop memos that ezyVet automatically sends to you

A memo is an electronic message that you can send and receive directly in ezyVet. You can use memos to quickly and easily send information to other staff members who use your site. ezyVet can automatically sends you memos to tell you different types of information. For example, ezyVet can send a memo when a diagnostic result is overdue or when an ezyVet report is completed.

The table that follows gives:
  • Each type of memo that ezyVet can automatically send you
  • The procedure to use to start or stop the memos
    Memo type Procedure
    Memos of completed reports Refer to Stop memos that ezyVet sends for completed reports.
    Memos of diagnostic results Refer to Stop memos that ezyVet sends for diagnostic results.
    Note: A practice manager can also stop the memos that ezyVet automatically sends for overdue diagnostic results. Refer to Stop memos that ezyVet sends for overdue diagnostic results.
    Memos of new version releases of the ezyVet software Refer to Start or stop memos for new version releases of ezyVet.
    Memos that are related to e-claims and insurance Refer to Stop memos of e-claim status changes.
Note: You cannot stop memos that ezyVet automatically sends when persons make prescription requests or refill requests.
