Reset the password of an ezyVet user account

If necessary, a practice manager can reset the user account password of a person who uses their ezyVet site. As a result, ezyVet tells the person to enter a new password when they try to sign in.

To reset the password, do this procedure.
Note: ezyVet customer support cannot reset passwords for you or your staff.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

  4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the user account.
  5. Enter a temporary password in the System Password box.

  6. Select Require New Password On Next Login.

  7. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

When the applicable person signs in, ezyVet tells them to enter a new password.
