Add, change, or remove a photo for an ezyVet user account

A user account photo makes it easy to identify the person of the user account. Or if a photo is not necessary, a practice manager can remove it.

To add, change, or remove a photo, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

    The left sidebar show the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable user account.
    ezyVet shows the user account settings.
  5. Use the User Photo box to add an applicable photo or to change a photo to a different one.

    Note: A photo that you add shows in the quick links area.
    Note: To remove a photo, select the Remove button that shows adjacent to the User Photo box. If you remove a photo:
    1. ezyVet removes the photo from the quick links area
    2. The quick links area shows the initials of the user account
  6. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The user account has the photo changes.
