Show a list of inactive clients

An inactive client is a client that your organization did not recently invoice. A list of inactive clients can help your organization keep accurate data for reporting.

To show the list, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.
    The Dashboard tab
  2. Select Records.
    The Records tab
    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Contact.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Number Of Invoices In Period.

  6. In the # of Invoices section of the filter, set the mathematical comparison to <=.

  7. In the box of the # of Invoices section of the filter, enter 0.

  8. In the remaining boxes of the filter, select the applicable date range.

  9. Select Show Records.
    The Show Records button
ezyVet shows the list. Use the information to make a decision about which records are inactive clients.
