Do an export of client email addresses

You can do an export of client email addresses for marketing or messaging tasks. For example, you can use the email addresses with a marketing mailing list.

To do the export, do this procedure.
  1. Select Reporting.

  2. In the settings list, select Marketing.

    The left sidebar shows reports that are applicable to clients and marketing.
  3. Select Contacts.

    ezyVet shows the report settings.
  4. In the Format section, select CSV.

  5. Select Print.
    The Print button
    ezyVet downloads the report to your device.
Your device has a report that uses CSV file format. The report output includes the email addresses of contact records.
  1. Use a spreadsheet app to open the CSV file
  2. Use the data sort tools of your spreadsheet app to keep only the applicable email addresses
    Note: The applicable email addresses are for rows of the Contact is Customer column that show YES.
