Make an appointment time available for the kiosk system

Before your clients can use the ezyVet Kiosk app to schedule appointments, you must make the times available in the ezyVet calendar.

  • Make sure that your user account has the Online Booking > Add Guides for Online Booking permission
  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a correctly configured kiosk system
  • Make sure that you know which appointment types the applicable kiosk question tree uses
To make appointment times available, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Calendar.

  3. Select the applicable calendar.

  4. In the calendar controls, select Edit Mode: eBooking.

    Trouble: If you cannot see the calendar controls, select the gear button:

  5. At the applicable time in the calendar area, select an area momentarily or drag over an area.
    ezyVet shows a New Appointment screen.
  6. In the Appointment Type box, select an appointment type that is applicable to the kiosk question tree.

    If the result component of a question tree uses an appointment type of Consult - Standard, select Consult - Standard.
  7. Select Use for Kiosk/Walk-In Bookings.

  8. Select Save & Close.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

Clients can use ezyVet Kiosk to schedule an appointment at the time.
