A practice manager disabled the Unconfirmed appointment status
When a client uses the e-booking system to make an appointment, the appointment can have an appointment status of Unconfirmed or Confirmed. The appointment status of an e-booking appointment is directly related to the Unconfirmed or Confirmed appointment status of ezyVet.
If a practice manager disabled the Unconfirmed appointment status in ezyVet, the Pending eBookings section does not show appointments.
Enable the Unconfirmed appointment status
Practice managers can enable and disable appointment statuses. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
A practice manager configured a new appointment status and entered Unconfirmed for its name
E-booking appointments can only use the Unconfirmed and Confirmed appointment statuses that ezyVet automatically has. E-booking appointments cannot use a new appointment status that a practice manager configures. For example, a practice manager could configure a new appointment status and enter Unconfirmed for its name. As a result, ezyVet has two Unconfirmed appointment statuses that have the same name. But e-booking appointments can only use the Unconfirmed appointment status that a practice manager did not configure.
Disable the applicable appointment statuses
Practice managers can enable and disable appointment statuses. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
