User account permissions for appointment statuses

The Appointments > Add/Edit/Disable Appointment Statuses user account permission controls which changes staff can make for appointment statuses.

If a staff member has the Appointments > Add/Edit/Disable Appointment Statuses permission:
  • They can disable a standard appointment status
  • They can enable a standard appointment status
  • They can configure a custom appointment status
  • They can change the settings of a custom appointment status
  • They can disable a custom appointment status
  • They can enable a custom appointment status
