Configure a custom appointment status

Before staff can use a custom appointment status, a practice manager must configure one.

To configure a custom appointment status, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Statuses.

    ezyVet shows the New Appointment Status screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the custom appointment status.
  5. In the Order box, enter an order value.
  6. In the Icon section, use the Default setting or Custom setting to select an applicable icon.

  7. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet has the custom appointment status. ezyVet shows the custom appointment status in the appointment statuses that you can select for a calendar appointment:
