IDEXX Web PACS: Configure a diagnostic imaging type to use an interpretation type

As a result of the configuration, ezyVet automatically selects the correct diagnostic interpretation type at the same time as a diagnostic imaging request.The interpretation types are from IDEXX Telemedicine.

Make sure that you know the function of site diagnostic records
Make sure that you made a site diagnostic for each imaging type of IDEXX Web PACS
Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured integration for VetMedStat and for IDEXX Web PACS

Note: The VetMedStat integration gives access to diagnostic interpretation types from IDEXX Telemedicine.

To do the configuration, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Clinical.
Select Site Diagnostics.
The left sidebar shows the site diagnostic records of your ezyVet site.
Find and select the applicable site diagnostic.
Remember: A site diagnostic record identifies an imaging type for IDEXX Web PACS (for example, a two-view X-ray).
ezyVet shows the site diagnostic settings.
In the Default Diagnostic Interpretation Code box, select the applicable interpretation code.
Select Save.
