Configure the API integration for IDEXX Web PACS

Before your organization can use IDEXX Web PACS with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary integrations. The API integration is one of the two necessary integrations.

Make sure that you have an IDEXX Web PACS account.
To configure the API integration for IDEXX Web PACS, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select IDEXX Web PACS.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send the text file to IDEXX customer support.
ezyVet has the necessary API integration.
Configure the standard PACS integration (SPI) for IDEXX Web PACS. (IDEXX customer support will send you the necessary information to configure the standard PACS integration.)
